Shipping Policy 

 

At 1606archive, every item is made to order. This approach helps reduce overproduction while ensuring each product is crafted with care and attention to quality.

Processing Time

All orders are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.

During holidays, product launches, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped to your destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 7–10 business days

  • Europe: 7–12 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note that these delivery estimates may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide.

There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, we are generally unable to make changes to the shipping address.

1606archive is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Shipping Delays

While we work with trusted shipping partners, unexpected delays can occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding, as delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer support team. We will work with our fulfillment partner and the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find the best possible solution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and the issue

If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

RETURNS 

We want you to be fully satisfied with your 1606 Archive piece. If for any reason you are not, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, in line with EU consumer protection laws. 

**Exchanges**
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please mention this when requesting your return. Exchanges are only possible if stock is available.

**Non-returnable items**
– Made-to-order, limited edition or customized pieces are not eligible for return.
– Sale items and discounted products are final sale.

**How to return**
1. Send us an email at info@1606archive.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll respond with return instructions and the return address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you about the refund status.

**Refunds**
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within **5–10 business days**, minus any shipping fees.
